The candidate will handle a general liability/casualty caseload. Will be responsible for development and supervision of Attorneys within the office. Ensure delivery of quality legal representation and service to clients and claims. Serve as point of contact for the Claims offices, and responsibility for addressing issues that arise,whether file or personnel related. Responsibility for identifying training needs of staff, and partnering with the Claims' organization to provide training to Claims. Ensure the office budget is balanced. Oversee and monitor expenditures and any billing requirements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
