Our company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist that will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll, benefits, and employee relations programs and client service. This position is responsible for human resources information including recordkeeping, reporting, and information management systems. This position provides administrative support to the Plant Manager. We are looking for candidates interested in stability and long term employment.
Job Functions
oFirst point of contact for employees.
oProvide support for Payroll. Research and resolve problems, perform schedule activities, and liaison with service providers.
oDocument workflow and work procedures and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity.
oPrepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and queries.
oSupport Plant Manager including
Work Experience
oA minimum of three years of experience working in human resources with primary responsibility for payroll, benefits administration and support of other functional areas of human resources.
oExperience working with payroll and HRMS systems.
oKnowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
Education
oBachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required.
oHR Certificate, PHR preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
