Provide exceptional WOW! customer experiences to all of our customers, which we define as our clients, our candidates, our contractors, our internal team members, and the community that we serveSource, qualify, build relationships with, and identify top talent through various resources in support of our clients' needs; including: calling candidates within ettain group's collective network, leveraging job posting and internet searching capabilities, social media, and professional networking activitiesMarket yourself, ettain group, and our clients' career opportunities to qualified candidates using a consultative sales approachNegotiate compensation and contract terms with candidatesProvide career advice, resume tips, and market intelligence to candidatesDevelop business relationships with and manage candidate and contractor networks Recruiting Requirements
