Operational Human Resources Manager - Nashville, TN - Direct Hire

Overview:
This is a great opportunity to take a leadership role in a growing Human Resources department for a fantastic company. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the functionality of multiple company locations and will be in charge of policy and procedure for the HR department as well as other departments. The HR Manager will be responsible for communicating with the HRIS and benefits staff to assist with projects and compensation inquiries. This position is also responsible for ensuring the compliance of federal, state and local requirements, and has oversight of the employment-related policies, practices and procedures.
Additional duties of the Human Resource Manager include working with IT to manage the employee review system technology, prepare documentation and training materials, conduct training as needed, and provide system and procedural support. The HR Manager handles the projections for staff salary increases and bonuses understanding all levels of compensation
Requirements:
Expert skills in excel
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to work with high level employees
Functional understanding of HRIS systems
Bachelor's Degree
7 years of HR management Experience
