Shipping & Delivery Support (SDS) is a customer service organization dedicated to creating world-class support for these customers.
Our primary mission in supporting customers is to enable successful and on-time package deliveries.
To achieve our mission, SDS is seeking a Senior Program Leader to develop innovative and efficient support models.
In this role you will:
(Re)design bespoke support models that are tailored to optimize resources and at the same time drive stellar experiences Question norms across our organization and apply your knowledge and experience to drive improvements Show exemplary judgment in making trade-offs between short versus long term business goals Identify and drive changes to cross-functional capabilities that span teams across Amazon operations Work closely with cross functional teams to identify business goals, establish project scope, KPI's and provide thought leadership and actionable recommendations for improvements Develop and lead regular updates to (senior) stakeholders and create mechanisms for tracking and reporting performance Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or functionality Lead the transition of support into a new Customer Relationship Management toolA day in the lifeAbout the hiring groupJob responsibilities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
