Multimedia Content Strategist
Amazon's Customer Service (CS) department is looking for an experienced and passionate Multimedia Content Strategist to develop our visual help content experience.
Reporting to the Senior Program Manager for Consumer Multimedia and working alongside other Multimedia Content Strategists and Designers, the role will be deeply involved in our Customer Service business and will work collaboratively with designers, business stakeholders, product and project management teams, and editors across the world to deliver high-quality multimedia content to both customers and Amazon Customer Service Associates.
Job DutiesThe role works alongside worldwide content and program functions to develop and implement strategies for multimedia content that meet and raise the standard of Amazon's customer-centric content experience.
You will use data-driven decision making and your in-depth knowledge of multimedia content strategy to launch experiences that empower our customers with the information they need.
You will move quickly to identify opportunities, test, learn and expand at scale to provide the best value for customers and Amazon.
It will be essential to organize your own work and that of others supporting your projects, with clear communication and documentation to manage and deliver multiple medium and large complexity projects in parallel.
You'll do this while continuing to input into wider strategy discussions.
Key Responsibilities Work independently and in collaboration with global partners to define the strategy for multimedia content across multiple customer touch points Lead and manage production of compelling, effective, and easy to use content with internal and external production teams Manage the design, production and review stages of video and graphic production projects Collaborate and build strong working relationships with global partners to evaluate the current customer experience and recommend improvements Work with Content Strategists, Business Analysts and Researchers to identify new multimedia opportunities Use business metrics and statistical tools to support strategy decisions and measure success Pitch new ideas and Think Big Manage multiple projects simultaneously Manage existing multimedia libraries within our content management system (CMS) and video hosting environmentThis is an individual contributor role focused on multimedia strategy development and project delivery.
Team members and colleagues are located across US and European sites, so working via online collaboration is critical.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
