Global Change Program Manager, Deployment Program Management Team
Job summaryThe Global IT Deployment organization manages the IT Infrastructure scope of a complex suite of projects and is responsible for the delivery of initiatives across business teams and operations groups within Amazon Fulfillment IT.
Our projects deliver on the solutions that power the physical fulfillment of our customers' orders.
This includes management of site launches across the globe and directly supports shipping packages to millions of Amazon.
com customers across the world.
Global Change Program Manager you will review the changes required from IT planning to execution, partnering with IT deployments leadership, Intake and planning teams.
this role will provide clear communication and guideance in line with the program management change policy and best practice guidelines.
Key job responsibilitieso Develop and lead the execution of strategic roadmap for consolidation of multiple Change Management processes and toolsets into unified process frameworko Execute change management plans - define business requirements, translate requirements into project plans, manage implementation activities across large group of stakeholders, develop and execute rollout plans and ongoing support.
o Ensure all Changes are documented, approved, and monitored appropriately in accordance with Change Management processes and standardso Assist with risk and impact assessments prior to the implementation of changes to ensure that the business is not affected by inadequately planned changeso Challenge proposed requests for change to ensure that the change is robust and that the impact on and risk to the organization is minimalo Communicate high risk/high impact changes to the Leadership Team for their review and approvalo Document and maintain the Change Management Policy, processes and standardso Review Change Requests and Approve or Reject them based on their adherence to documented Change Management policieso Update, maintain and publish Change Calendaro Coordinate announcements for upcoming scheduled changeso Support the development and piloting of process improvements and ongoing bench marking initiatives.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
