Job summaryThe Consumer Customer Service (CS) Support Learning & Development team is seeking a Sr.
Instructional Designer with experience designing and developing both instructor-led and self-directed (e-learning) training.
Responsibilities for this role include Consumer-specific new hire training and continuous learning, specialty topic training, launch readiness training, and Prime Day/Peak readiness training.
Key job responsibilitiesThe Sr.
Instructional Designer must be able to:
o Manage multiple complex curricula development projects simultaneouslyo Analyze incoming requests to identify the root cause of performance gaps and determine if training is the appropriate intervention o Identify the most appropriate training approach to meet the demands of the learning objectives and audienceo Design and develop training interventions in a variety of modalities (self-directed, instructor-led, or blended)o Create reliable and valid learner evaluation tools to gauge knowledge and skill transferAbout the teamAmazon's Customer Service (CS) organization and Amazon's Customer Service Associates (CSAs) are key to Amazon's mission of being earth's most customer-centric company.
CSAs work across multiple contact channels (e.
g.
phone, chat, email), are globally distributed, and their numbers fluctuate seasonally.
Success in the CSA role is supported by a global instructional design and training delivery team, who work to quickly build CSA skills for creating and maintaining customer trust and delight.
A work sample demonstrating your experience and skill using course authoring tools and ID theory will be required as part of the hiring process.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
