Key job responsibilitiesAs a PR Specialist for Amazon Ads you will provide counsel and partner with business leaders to craft and execute programs that support our steaming ad solutions across IMDb TV, Twitch, live sports, and Amazon Music's ad-supported tier.
This includes (but is not limited to) developing and executing owned and earned proactive communications strategies, tactics, and content; ongoing media relations; event support and amplification; collaborating with stakeholders across Amazon Ads' product and marketing teams, as well as Amazon's global PR team; and working with our international teams to help extend and localize programs for their regions where relevant.
The successful candidate is customer-obsessed and has:
high-judgment, excellent communications, media relations, and project management skills.
The candidate should have experience working with high standards under tight deadlines and managing ambiguity, as well explicit advertising and/or streaming TV experience.

Responsibilities:
o Spearhead owned and earned proactive communications strategies for our streaming TV and audio solutionso Develop and lead PR programs supporting key industry events (ie NewFronts)o Secure and manage speaking opportunities and press extensions o Provide business leaders with ongoing strategic counsel and support o Build and maintain strong media relationships o Keep current on industry trends, issues, and newso Successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications challengesAbout the teamWe have team members in both located in Seattle and New York, as well as EU and APAC.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
