Job summaryAmazon is seeking a curious, intuitive, high-judgment, and self-motivated marketing or communications professional to join the Operations Internal Communications team in North America.
As a Channels Program Manager, this individual will be responsible for project management and publishing of communications related to issues management, workplace culture, and emergent business needs.
This individual will own program development and process creation supporting issues and culture and provide regular updates and reporting to members across a highly matrixed organization.
The ideal candidate is tenacious, detail-oriented, has high judgment, the ability to think and communicate clearly under tight timelines, and the capacity to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately.
The individual in this role needs to love and have deep experience publishing content to large audiences on digital or social media platforms, pay unrelenting attention to details, and thrive on supporting fast-moving and complex topics.

Key job responsibilitiesOwn pre-production and publishing of communications and materials using internal and external communication tools according to business need and established editorial calendar.
Ability to work across multiple stakeholders to quickly assess details and provide publishing counsel and support for reactive communication campaigns and efforts in the field as required.
Develop effective approaches to varying channel challenges, including a channels program framework for supporting emerging issues.
Look around corners to spot emerging opportunities and develop channel strategy improvement recommendations.
Manage list segmentation, QA, and project management of complex digital and email campaignsProvide ongoing channels and production counsel to global communication managers, content producers, designers, program managers, and business leaders.
About the teamThe Operations Internal Communications Channels team is responsible for standardization, production, and distribution of communications on owned internal channels to the Amazon Operations network.
The Channels Program Manager joins an existing team of communication and marketing professionals focused on ensuring employees have the right information and resources they want and need for their role.
