Parman Benefits Parman Energy is seeking an individual to join our dynamic and fast paced Inventory team.
The ideal candidate must have a passion for analytics and out of the box problem solving.
The successful candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize with a high level of accuracy while maintaining a positive attitude for the customer focused support staff.
The primary responsibilities are to support inventory management to ensure that the right product is at the right place at the right time in the right quantity.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Daily management of inventory reorder reports, warehouse transfers, and assist with repack schedule and label printing for several Parman locations.
Enters and receives purchase orders for a variety of procurement functions Update stock levels and bin locations on a semi-regular basis based on approved recommendations from sales history for bulk and package items for all locations Assists with entry of DM2 product code data for new products required by sales Participates in monthly/quarterly physical counts and inventory reconciliation Scans procurement documents into Doc Star as needed Backs up other Purchasing Analysts and Purchasing Manager Requirements:
Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field and 1 year experience, or 3
years success in a deadline driven, results oriented environment Proficiency in MS Office Apps with the ability to display advanced Microsoft Excel Skills Excellent organization skills with the capability to multi-task while having a strong attention to detail.
Must have the ability to accommodate and prioritize new assignments and projects with strong follow-up skills A team player and self-starter with a mindset to learn and adapt with our growing business Must be able to work independently while thinking critically and intuitively with a level of common sense understanding when given written or verbal instructions to analyze data.
Must enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accuracy Multi-tasking and prioritization are essential for this position as is the ability to analyze data and recommend solutions for improvements.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
