parcel network delivery company experiencing significant growth with both e-commerce and B2B customers.
We are seeking customer service-oriented candidates who work well under pressure and can complete tasks in a safe and orderly fashion.
Schedule:
Must be available Monday-Friday from 7:
00AM.
Some flexibility required.
(This will be an AM shift but exact start time has not been set) Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinating and assigning routes.
Researching and correcting any impediment that prevents timely delivery of packages.
Work closely with customers and customer service representatives to resolve package delivery.
Assigning, tracking, and clearing routes while maintaining an intense focus on customer satisfaction.
Assist inbound drivers check in; Also involves sorting packages in warehouse.
Accurately updating customer and package data information and finding solutions to operational needs.
Other duties as assigned.
