Franklin, TN Flex Schedules Available As a Contract Administrator/Paralegal on our procurement team, you'll facilitate technology contracts from draft to execution.
What You'll Do:
Manage contracts from initiation through award, compliance and renewal Communicate with business unit leaders in a timely manner Carefully read through all vendor contracts Oversee privacy policies and terms of service policies Redline contracts and propose alternate clauses Build partnerships with vendors and business units in the company What You'll Need:
Paralegal background preferred (work experience related to procurement and contracts will be considered) Experience negotiating agreements and using contract lifecycle management software Ability to collaborate, communicate, influence and get results with effective planning and prioritization Strong verbal and written communication skills We're on a mission to change lives.
