The Optimist is looking for experienced Servers to help transport guests back to days by the beach! The Server will act as an ambassador for The Optimist and Rocket Farm Restaurants' venture into Nashville, guiding guests through the menu and their meals and providing a one-of-a-kind experience every time.
He/she is responsible for serving guests in a courteous and professional manner, proactively taking cues from guests' demeanors to gauge their level of satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may arise.
