Summary:
This position is responsible for credit portfolios; reconciliation of assigned portfolios as required, new account set up and credit reference checking.
Credit and collection calls/decisions and order release Perform reconciliations Document and follow up on issues Cross train on other department functions and act as backup as needed Work with Customer Service, Sales, Accounts Payable and other internal business partners on special issues Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills and
Experience:
Minimum HS Diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred At least 3 years of experience in credit collections, ideally business to business Excellent written and verbal communication and reading comprehension skills High level of detail orientation Strong Analytical skills Excellent organization and prioritization skills Demonstrated experience using judgement and creative problem solving to accomplish goals Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook About NDC Inc:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
