The Customer Experience Specialist will be the liaison between the customer and internal company teams in support of active production parts.
Roles &
Responsibilities:
Receive and review customer orders for correct MOQ, pricing, lead time, shipping instructions, etc.
Request customer order revisions if any information is found to be inaccurate, providing the detail necessary for correction Enter customer orders and send order acknowledgements Attend daily meeting to discuss production schedule expectation, communicating production timeline improvements and/or delays to customers as needed Escalate internally any customer request outside of the normal process Provide tracking information, invoices, packing slips, etc.
upon customer request Monitor the Customer Service inbox and answer incoming company calls Develop a personal rapport with customer contacts to support the specific facility requirements Communicate customer complaints to Quality Team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred 2-5 years minimum equivalent expereince Experience with Epicor, web-based customer portals and EDI is a plus The applicant must possess good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work with others in a team environment and be highly self-motivated.
Applicant should have a forward-thinking mindset, thrive on challenge, and be able to think outside the box.
Strong work ethic is a must.
