We service Door and Window, Agricultural, Architectural, Commercial and Residential glass markets.

The ideal Quality Manager candidate will be able to implement, train, and lead in all quality processes including PPAP's, R&R's, and RMA's as well as calibration.
Responsibilities:
Root cause analysis and preventive action Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations PPAP new parts, gage R&R's and calibration SGCC/IGCC and automotive product testing Generate scorecards and reports for all aspects of plant quality Support Internal supplier audits Develop systems as relates to ISO Experience and Education Bachelor of Science Degree or a closely related discipline.
High level proficiency using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must have knowledge in utilizing standard quality tools (8D, DMAIC, multiple RCA techniques) Experience in statistics preferred - solid experience in Six Sigma or Lean is desired.
Demonstrated success in measuring and improving processes to meet organization goals.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience.
Ability to communicate and coordinate with other department personnel and management.
Excellent oral communication skills.
Excellent written communication skills in order to develop proper quality documentation.
