Responsibilities:
Create engaging customer experiences by executing quick and compelling presentations to potential customers with the goal of revenue generation Stay up to date on our client's community-based outreach initiatives Answer any customer questions and maintain positive relations between our clients and their customers Participate in training opportunities provided by management to learn daily business operations Attend team meetings to assist with reviewing campaign success and planning upcoming initiatives Manage supplies and track inventory during the duration of the event Maintain a clean and organized event space Follow all requests of our event partners The Customer Relations Representative will be asked to assist with training new associates on an as-needed basis Full Time Customer Relations Representative - Entry Level Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience working in a retail or hospitality role heavily focused on customer service and delivering an exceptional customer experience Able to stay calm under pressure and maintain composure when working with customers A desire to provide top-of-the-line customer service and maintain all company standards Some experience in a leadership or management role is preferred Individuals looking for an opportunity to move into an upper management role within our firm are preferred Must be able to meet at our office & travel locally Monday-Friday Job Type:
