This position is responsible for assisting in the company's strategic objective and annual goals through the delivery of exceptional marketing services to the customer.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy.
Prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations.
Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.
Prepares marketing reports utilizing tracking systems for marketing campaigns, online activities, and topline revenue.
Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with marketing team; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Plans and executes on trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating staff; booth setup and teardown.
Develop and manage all internal communications with the team.
Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant experience 2
years' marketing, advertising or graphic design experience Strong attention to detail Exceptional verbal and written communication skill Possesses a collaborative and customer-service focused work style.
Experience with using a CMS, graphic design tools and email service providers is not required but is a big plus.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly spends long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers (40% of the time).
Mobility required to attend weekly meetings throughout the organization and community.
Occasionally lift 5-20 pounds.
Position Specific Standards:
Maintain confidentiality of business-related issues and concerns Willing to continue training for personal growth as well as participating in the training of new employees.
