Summary:
The position serves as the internal business partner and primary point of contact for our Sales Leadership team and, when needed, the external customer.
The Sales Support Administrator delivers value throughout the presale-to-order journey by ensuring that all aspects are handled in an accurate and expeditious manner while delivering an elite customer experience.
This role helps to facilitate sales activity that is aligned with our company's marketing and brand strategy and that supports company growth.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong service background, attention to detail, a high understanding of technology, sharp organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels across the organization.
Job duties will include administrative, technological, and Company system support, processing and other customer service duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
(Others may be assigned) Support the preparation of materials for sales meetings Contribute to development and maintenance of sales team SharePoint sites Provide project support to other sales department leaders as needed Produce custom reports/queries as required by members of the sales management team Collaborate on sales operations training Help drive sales adoption of sales processes and tools by defining and improving processes Work on large customer projects including, but not limited to cross referencing competitive products.
Putting together bid packages for customers, and analyzing pricing structures for customers on an ad hoc basis.
Partner cross functionally across the organization to coordinate trade shows, sample requests and tracking of the requests, and acting as a single point of contact for sales leaders for key events and projects Support the sales leadership team on large end user opportunities (ex.
National Accounts) Follow up on deliverables with the sales team as needed Consolidate monthly sales activities and reporting into an executive level communication
Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in business or other related field preferred 3-5 years of experience with administrative skills Able to work cross functionally to accomplish tasks Possess advanced knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint skills Must be proficient with Power BI and SalesForce.
