Our company is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our team.
You'll be working alongside the Window Treatment Designer/ Owner with the goal of ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Project coordination, vendor management, specification selection and client interaction of custom window treatment design projects is the day to day! Responsibilities will include:
Managing schedules to ensure execution and delivery based on project timelines Monitoring project performance and taking proactive action to ensure projects are meeting or exceeding quality and deadlines Researching product specifications Sourcing when necessary Interact with clients, vendors, and team members throughout projects Acting as the first point of contact for all deliveries, pickups, and appointments General office coordination Qualifications An eye for design and textiles - custom window treatment experience a plus! Meticulous organization Tech savvy:
CRM experience, Microsoft Suite, Quickbooks Problem-solving skills Project coordination experience Self motivation A desire to learn and grow Job Type:
