Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.

Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
Process guest check-ins and check-outs in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and payments.
Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure all front desk areas are clean and organized.
