The successful candidate will be responsible for building a relationship with long-term contributors, brand awareness, and providing product information.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Responsbile for representing a brand and conveying their message in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
Rehash with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer service issues.
