We are looking for someone with the ability to work during Covid-19 to help keep the Club running smoothly.
This may mean assisting more with housekeeping or our maintenance staff if needed until Banquets and Events are fully up and running.
We are looking to interview and hire this position ASAP.
Please keep in mind that this can be a very physical position and can require frequent heavy lifting, standing, and moving around a large location that includes stairs.
This position is required to undergo a drug screen and background check.
JOB DESCRIPTION Belle Meade Country Club is hiring for a position involving setting up and breaking down for our banquet events.
This may include some housekeeping duties as well when needed.
This position is typically Wednesday-Sunday, from 2pm until 10pm or close and may sometimes be responsible for locking the building up.
This position is 5 days a week.
Hours/Days subject to change based on company needs.
The primary functions of this position will:
Set up the banquet rooms according to the event orders.
Keep storage areas clean and organized.
Report any maintenance problems immediately.
Follow lost and found procedures.
Maintain familiarity with complete inventory of housekeeping supplies, equipment and proper use of the same.
Empty trash throughout the night as needed.
Break down and clean after the events and make sure events for the next morning are ready.
We are looking for someone that is also willing to jump in and help where needed.
This position does require a positive and teamwork mentality.
