Senior Program Manager, DSP Planning Strategy

Amazon is increasing capacity in brand new ways and we're looking for someone who wants to get in early on that journey.
We are seeking a Sr.
Program Manager to join our North America Delivery Service Partner (NA DSP) business.
The NA DSP team is responsible for managing growing the network of professional contract organizations that power Amazon's in-house last mile delivery service.
The DSP Capacity team is central to achieving the objectives of DSP Last Mile Delivery by designing structure to optimally allocate routes to our DSPs across the delivery network.
This role will be an early leader in growing a new and exciting capacity lever for the DSP community.
This will include designing the strategy for how these new routes are allocated, how we measure DSP performance for these routes, and how we reward DSPs and hold them accountable for execution.
This Senior Program Manager will work across tech and business teams to understand how we can best scale this new volume solution, while also learning from DSPs themselves and their reaction to what you implement.

The role also partners with various tech teams to ensure data is presented in a way that makes sense to internal and DSP partner teams.
About the teamOur team analyzes what attributes enable deliver partners to best scale.
And based on analysis of our best deliver partners, we decide how we can optimally allocate them volume and reward them in other ways so they continue to want to grow.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
