The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, answering phones, filing documents, preparing reports, and providing general office support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents.
Compose letters, memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
