Responsibilities:
- Maintain an HVAC warehouse facility, with emphasis on organization, accurate inventory of material levels and keeping a clean warehouse.
- Receive all incoming supplies, materials and equipment and log receipts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to improve supply chain efficiency and procurement of all materials, supplies and equipment.
- Assist in development of category management strategies to optimize procurement processes and accuracy of inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, supplier performance, receiving logs and daily use and inventory of materials used in a daily HVAC environment.
- Some pick up and delivery responsibilities are included as well.
Have a clean driving record.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with suppliers, team members, and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for inventory maintenance of supplies using a desktop computer.
- Experience is preferred in similar warehouse environments.
- Drug free and maintain a good driving record.
We offer a $500 signing bonus with the completion of a 90 day probationary period and a competitive salary based on experience.
This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan options.
