Assist the sales team throughout the car-buying process, from initial inquiries to vehicle delivery.
Support customers by gathering information, completing paperwork, and explaining financing options.
Coordinate with various departments for efficient and accurate processing of sales transactions.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity in computer software systems.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in meetings and sharing insights.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Prior experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in basic computer software with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Spanish (Bilingual) is preferred but not required.
