COVID-19 has reinforced the importance of taking health seriously and finding ways to measure and track our health over time.
Reperio provides individuals access to their own health data through a kit of FDA-approved medical sensors, which is paired with an app, guiding the individual through a series of health tests.
The Reperio app highlights key health markers which can be reviewed with a Reperio physician.
This streamlined technology makes it simple for individuals to understand their health better today and discover the small changes that can improve their health over time.
About the Role Customer Experience Agent are the soul of the Customer Experience Team.
They are our first touch with users and their end to end experience with our product.
In this role, CX Specialists will partner with managers to support organizational engagement with customers and clearly define the customer journey landscape.
From the initial point of contact to post-use support, we look to our CX Specialists to focus on and track the physical and digital interactions each client has with our product.
Our CX Specialists are the driving force behind sharing customer wins and blockers with the aim of enhancing Reperio's product, systems, and processes.

You will play an integral role in gathering user feedback that ultimately sets our business ahead of the pack.

Provide assistance to each user by troubleshooting issues that may arise with screening.

Proven ability to meet or exceed individual metrics.

The Basics:

years in a Customer Service role.
2
years experience resolving customer requests, questions, and concerns via live chat, email and phone.
Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or other customer relationship management systems.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Acquire and document product knowledge from our customers, our tools, and available information from our internal systems (such as Slack).
Proactive communication with Customer Experience Manager and the rest of the CX team to ensure that we are consistently providing exceptional customer service.
Experience handling customer complaints and de-escalation.
Able to type 45wpm.
A genuine desire to be supportive of others.
Curiosity to know more - even when the subject matter is outside of your comfort zone.
You must be open to a flexible work schedule - at least a 2 weeks notice if there is a change.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
