Nanny/Home assistant

Strong and Sexy Fit Strong and Sexy Fit Nashville, TN Nashville, TN Full-time Full-time $20 - $40 an hour $20 - $40 an hour 23 hours ago 23 hours ago 23 hours ago We are a family of 5 moving to Oak Hill in July that is in need of a dynamic nanny/home assistant for two toddler daughters and an infant son.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience with children.
We work from home so we will almost always be around and available when needed, apart from date nights and occasional travel.
We will assist in the transitional process of hiring you as our nanny.
We want someone who is reliable, punctual, flexible, and enthusiastic about working with children.
This is a professional career nanny/ home assistant position for someone who is looking to stay with our family for at least two years and hopefully longer.
Our ideal nanny is not only highly experienced working with toddlers and infants, but would also love someone who is okay with cooking for the kids and enjoys fun activities with younger children (be creative outside and arrange crafts and activities to engage with them).
We have a housekeeper so no deep cleaning is involved, however we ask that you keep the home tidy (clean up after children messes, switch laundry and fold for the children, load/unload dishwasher).
We would like a nanny who proactively maintains all the child-related background work necessary to keep the household running smoothly so that we can fully focus on spending quality time with our children.
It is important to us that our nanny is physically active and able to run around and play with our kids.
They love to run around in the yard and play at the playground.
We don't simply want them supervised as they play we want you to be happy and comfortable playing with them as well.
In addition, we may ask that you travel with us as a family.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
laundry, washing/sterilizing bottles, packing and preparing for travel, keeping inventory of child supplies and letting us know for ordering/purchasing when running low, organizing children's closets/drawers, sorting through outgrown clothes, running errands and picking up groceries when needed, and other housing assistive tasks.
We want someone who feels like a member of the family and is always willing to lend a an extra hand when needed.
Must be okay with dogs, occasional pet sitting in the home may be needed.
The ideal schedule will be Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm with a guarantee of 40 hours per week.
Typically one day during the week we will ask for a date night, where the hours are 12-8 instead of 9-5, and we may adjust the hours slightly depending on the weeks schedule.
We will always notify you the week prior of the following week's schedule.
If you are available to work some weekend hours that is a bonus (this would only be for a couple hours for a date or activity that may be planned where we would require childcare assistance).
The exact schedule will be discussed and figured out once the right person is found.
We are open to offering paid vacation and health insurance stipend.
Interested candidates MUST have 2-7
years experience with newborns/infants working as a professional nanny in a private home.
