Job Description:
Acadia Healthcare, a national provider of behavioral healthcare services, is looking for a full-time intake advisor to start today at our intake support call center.
The role includes answering and responding to calls from clinical professionals, prospective clients, and their family members who are inquiring about our services and seeking treatment for addiction and behavioral health concerns.

Essential Functions:
Answer calls and help callers gain access to treatment Quickly learn and apply processes for handling high call volumes Accurately collect and input caller info into our customer relationship management system Meet and/or exceed call handling goals Provide exceptional customer service by listening and responding to client requests Participate in department training and development activities to increase knowledge of behavioral health disorders and the treatment offerings of Acadia's facilities Use appropriate channels to report concerns and complaints in a timely fashion Perform other duties as assigned About Us:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
