Summary:
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager works in conjunction with the CEO and COO in the formulation of budgets, financial models, and projections to support the strategic business planning process.
ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and organizational decision making.
Lead efforts to unpack business unit profitability and drive analytics.
Develop deep business understanding of drivers and levers that impact financial performance of the organization.
Support the strategic business planning process by identifying and analyzing KPIs.
Take ownership of the core financial model and drive the planning agenda, cadence, and financial metrics for the business.
Manage the annual budget and strategic planning processes.
Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
Evaluates capital expenditures and depreciation.
Develops reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
Provides support to the Controller as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Proficient quantitative analysis skills.
Capability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Advanced computer program skills, such as the ability to write macros in Excel and other financial packages REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
