This position will be offering organizational and technical solutions, managing financials and travel, supporting contractors, interpreting contractual obligations, and managing MOUs for contracted work, and building relationships with participants, faculty, and contracted staff.
Responsibilities include processing financial transactions for leadership team, managing contracts, tracking financials and allocating expenses and development reports.
Also recruit and respond to annual conference and church leaders regarding program offerings.
Cultivates trusting relationships with spiritual leaders involved in these programs.
Provides technical and organizational solutions and services such as participant registration and tracking for various programs.
Administer database and contact management system.
Develops expertise in using multiple software applications to manage these processes with great efficiency and makes recommendations about process and workflow improvements.
This is a remote position.
Candidate must live in the Nashville, TN area.
