Job Title:
Your official title will be Director of Operations, Rytech of Middle Tennessee.
Reports To Robert Pick, Owner, Rytech of Middle Tennessee Job Overview Rytech of Middle TN is a full service Restoration company covering Nashville/Davidson and the surrounding counties.
The company has experienced rapid growth and we are looking for a new Director of Operations to work along side the owner of the company to assist in the continued growth of the company.
Candidates must have extensive experience in the Restoration business, possess great leadership skills, be detail oriented, and most important, be passionate and enthusiastic about providing a great customer experience.
Rytech Restoration is a nationally recognized leader in the industry.
Our customers include insurance carriers, local and national property management companies, third party claims administrators, as well as direct homeowners.
The Director of Operations will have direct responsibility for the execution of all services performed by the company.
You will also be responsible for leading a great team of technicians.

Pay will be commensurate with experience and will include profit related bonuses.
Responsibilities and Duties Oversight of Technicians Execution of company work assignments Satisfying customer requirements as it relates to documentation, oversight, and performance.
Maintain profit margins Qualifications Restoration Industry Experience Knowledge and experience with Xactimate Must be a detailed oriented Customer Service focused Enthusiastic IICRC Certification a plus (WRT (Water Restoration Technician) &/or ASD (Applied Structural Drying).
Valid driver's license, and clean driving record a must Follow directions and maintain a team player attitude Be able to work a flexible schedule during busy times (must be available 24/7 when on call) Must have strong verbal communication skills Job Type:
