We are looking for a Training Developer, Junior Instructional Designer to join our team who can dive deep into complex content about our tools and systems, and then think through the best way to help other people learn them.
Key job responsibilities- Design and develop performance-focused training content that engages our learners.
- Create assessments based on learning and performance objectives.
- Design and develop both self-directed and/or instructor-led training content.
- Help maintain existing learning materials to ensure the content remains complete and relevant - Work with stakeholder and SMEs to recommend appropriate learning strategies - Manage projects amidst ambiguity, competing priorities, and challenging deadlines- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning objectives.
- Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to meet the demands of the learning objectives and audience.
- Plan and write content for training programs using instructional and distribution methods (online, classroom or blended) that best suit the content.
- Create engaging and valid trainee evaluation tools that prove successful knowledge transfer.
- Help maintain existing programs to ensure the content remains complete and relevant.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
