Nashville, TN Nashville, TN Part-time Part-time $18 an hour $18 an hour 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago UNARMED GUARD Looking for mature, responsible, and reliable unarmed security guards for 1st or 2nd shift.
The posts are 40 hours or less.
Experience as a guard is preferred having potential for immediate position.
All guards are required to have Dallas Law certifications (De-Escalation Tactics, Safe Restraint Techniques, and CPR/AED/First Aid).
Job includes fixed post duties such as roaming on foot patrol, watching for rule/policy/law violations, and reporting those observations, and viewing cameras on a monitor.
Always being alert and observant to any potential issues.
The foot patrols require you to always be visible unless on an official break.
Some posts have interior and exterior patrols.
Random responsibilities may be assigned such as unlocking rooms for group access.
Use of radio is mandatory if leaving the post for roaming, official break, restroom break, or assisting someone.
Officers will be required to always maintain a professional attitude, demeanor, and professional standards and appearance while on duty.
Uniformed officers should report to duty clean, well groomed, and dressed neatly in only the authorized/issued uniform.
Your appearance should be appropriate for the work environment.
This includes hair, facial hair, jewelry, tattoos, body art, religious objects, etc.
Personal cell phone use should be very limited and should not distract from duties.
Being alert, vigilant, and caring about how others perceive you is an important part of this job and the authority that comes with the position.
$18/hr paid weekly.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
