Summary:

Maintenance team members will troubleshoot, maintain, and perform necessary preventative maintenance on industrial machinery in a fast paced, high production environment within a vinyl record (LP) manufacturing facility.
Essential Job Duties but not limited to the following:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic subsystems on press machinery, high-speed packaging lines, electroforming and related equipment.
Plan and perform work requiring an in-depth knowledge of machinery principles of operation and sub-systems within the pressing facility.
Performs all work in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all industry standards and best practices.
Performs preventative maintenance as needed to assure predictable and high-level output of machinery, facility infrastructure, and processes.
Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics describing relay logic and PLC based control systems.
Maintains a strong presence on the shop floor and in related process areas to perform breakdown maintenance and to ensure machinery and support systems are operating at optimal levels of performance.
Makes suggestions for machinery and process improvements or modifications and actively participates in the design, build, implementation, and perfection of improvements.
All other duties assigned by the Director, Facilities Maintenance.
Required Education/Degree:
Associate degree in electronics, mechanical technology, mechatronics, or robotics preferred.
Applicants possessing certificates and/or experience related to the above job duties and functions may be considered.
Required Work
Experience:
2
years' experience in industrial maintenance.
Salary Commensurate with experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
