Mon-Fri Hybrid work environment with the expectation being 4 days onsite and 1 day remote Job Description Job Title:
HR Analyst Under immediate supervision, performs professional human resources administrative work of routine difficulty; and performs related work as required.
An analyst functions in an administrative capacity performing a variety of professional HR management duties including:
employee relations; managing agency performance evaluation cycles, supervising all HR transactions, payroll and benefits sections; recruiting and job posting, conducting on-boarding procedures retirement guidance, organization and filing both digital and physical, monitoring organizational structure and classifications; and interpreting and enforcing human resources rules Job Type:
