We are currently seeking a Collections Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers who are behind on their payments, collecting payments, setting up payment plans, resolving issues, and maintaining a good relationship that fosters having a customer for life.
We prefer a bilingual (Spanish) candidate, but it is not required.
Responsibilities:
Contact customers who are behind on their payments and work with them to find a solution.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Document and notate customer accounts accurately and completely.
Provide excellent customer service from the time the customer purchases the vehicle, receives the title after payoff, and beyond.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in office settings Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Collections experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is a must.
It is a 5-day work week.
With four weekdays plus Saturdays.
