The Director, Land Acquisition & Entitlement is responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of land acquisition and entitlements needed to maintain a land pipeline.
The successful candidate has developed relationships with land owners, brokers and developers in order to secure new locations for Epcon communities.
They also have relationships with municipalities and reviewing agencies, understand local municipal zoning and subdivision regulations, manage the entitlement process, and support the preparation of the land development budget.
What Does it Take to be Successful? Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years experience in the Nashville market and 7 or more years in land acquisition and the entitlement process preferably with a local, regional or national homebuilder.
A Bachelor's degree and experience with real estate acquisition, zoning and engineering is also required.
