This is a great opportunity for someone fast paced with at least 2 years of Sales and Account Management experience who is interested in managing all functions associated with the recruiting, screening, and staffing of field employees.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through the interview process.
They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
This position also offers a very competitive bonus and commission structure.
#EXPINT Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Manage multiple positions as well as small to large scale hiring initiatives throughout the full recruitment life cycle.
Strategize with hiring leaders throughout the hiring process to attract and hire top talent to the respective Healthcare organization.
Optimize recruiting tools & resources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and candidate referrals to increase efficiency throughout the recruiting life cycle to drive growth.
Develop recruiting strategies including market, industry, and labor data to consult hiring leaders & create a competitive advantage to attract the talent needed.
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and engagement approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.
Processes hiring documents, including facility specific documentation in staffing software, ensuring the documents are maintained as current, and all clinicians are kept compliant with required documentation.
Works with a sense of urgency and prioritizes tasks appropriately.
Understands recruitment techniques, effective ways to recruit for and fill hard to find clinical candidates and comes up with creative networking ideas Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with customers and coworkers; and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Qualifications 2
years of Sales and Account Management experience Strong customer service background Ability to conduct candidate interviews in person or remotely Goal orientated with a positive attitude Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization Strong organizational and interpersonal skills The ideal candidate for this position will posses an entrepreneurial attitude and be willing to put in the hard work it takes to succeed!
