A General Manager is responsible for the overall store operations, guest experience, sales performance and execution of brand standards in a store.
They are also responsible for assisting in the growth of annual sales and profit of the store.
A positive track record in these areas is considered a plus! Managers ensure that the store's appearance and each team member's performance is to company standard.
