As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our Dental office.
Our Receptionist's duties include offering administrative support.
You will welcome guests Take their temprature and greet people who visit the office.
You will coordinate front-desk activities, including answering phone calls ,schedule appointments,register new patients,update their insurances and correspond with specialists' offices.
To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Dental experiance is a plus but not necessary.
Ultimately, a Receptionist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities Greet, Screen and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office Check in patients, update personal info and Ins.
Answer incoming phone calls,Contact patients to confirm their appointments.
Schedule initial and recurring patient oral hygiene and Doctor's appointments.
Manage front office operations, including ordering and restocking inventory.
Developed strong patient relations by providing the highest level of customer service and dental care.
Ensured that the waiting area and the reception are always clean, removed the paper cups and arranged the magazine rack to ensure that it is well stocked.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing Skills Proven work experience in a dental office as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Eaglesoft Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Dental Insurance experience Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.
g.
fax machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus Benefit Conditions:
