Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing peace of mind.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for facilitating the human resources functions of our multi-state pest control company, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Headquartered in Nashville, TN, Urbanex has grown to 10 locations across the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Texas, Florida, and Massachusetts.
Our team of professionals works diligently day in and day out to ensure that our customer's homes and businesses are free from pests.
Responsibilities:
Administer the company's benefits programs, including health insurance and other employee benefits.
Ensure that the company's HR policies and procedures comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, including equal employment opportunity laws, wage and hour laws, and safety regulations.
Manage employee relations issues, including handling employee complaints, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
Maintain accurate HR records and data, including employee files, payroll records, and benefits information.
Prepare HR reports and analyses for management, including workforce demographics, turnover rates, and other HR metrics.
Qualifications:
A love for people and a desire for growth 3-5 years of HR experience in a multi-state organization.
Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations.
Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data management and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or related field, preferred but not required.
