Modern office setting Food provided Spa Haus is looking for a Full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Nashville, TN.
The Receptionist will receive phone calls from patients, visitors, and employees and handle all incoming calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
Verifying name and address.
Calling back patients who have been approved for a referral.
Calling back patients who have been denied a referral.
Verifying that referrals have been approved and verifying that the patient is eligible for the program.
Processing patient claims.
Processing payments for services rendered.
Processing billing information.
Entering new patients into the system, billing, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the front desk manager.
Skills:
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, excellent phone skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
This position requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
