Program Manager for the Last Mile team to manage Service Level Standards (SLS).
This person will own delivery performance programs and mechanisms that delivery service partners (DSPs) use to manage their operations.
We are seeking bar-raising candidates who are able to:
- Analyze metrics and behaviors to draw key business insights - Identify, develop and execute performance programs that will improve the safety, quality, and speed of customers' shipments - Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive programs that enable DSPs to be successful - Develop effective scaling mechanisms - Operate and deliver in a fast-paced environmentRole may require to travel upto 25% with US We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Nashville, TN, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
