Program Manager, Asset Retirement

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking a qualified Program Manager to solve the complex challenges of AMZL Idle Asset Portfolio.
Idle Assets are AMZL's non-operational assets and are some of the most strategic projects within the program management scope.
In this role, you will have direct responsibility for maintaining the Plan of Record (POR) for your region, ensuring the assets move through their life cycle effectively, respond to all escalations and security needs while the asset is Idle and also perform repair and remediation work where needed.
We are looking for a Program manager with great stakeholder engagmennt skills as the person will be the liaison between a multitude of stakeholders including WWRE Transactions, Finance, Start-Up & REI Planning, Entitlements, Transportation Engineering Services (TES) Pre-Construction, TES Construction, Start-Up Execution, WHS, Loss Prevention and many more.
This role calls for an individual who can over index on ownership to de-conflict multiple competing projects at each site and drive timely delivery.
This role's scope necessitates the ability to solve ambiguous issues and provide effective solutions to gaps between teams, processes and systems.
Key job responsibilitieso Solve complex problems that pose risk to project delivery and key milestones through inquisitive deep dives with stakeholders.
o Lead multiple stakeholder teams to drive end to end asset retirement life cycle.
o Clearly communicate road blocks, program issues and challenges to senior leaders in writing and via in-person/ remote meetings.
o Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve project/ program management efficiency.
o Collaborate with and influence team members, work with development teams and other business groups, and present projects to senior leadership on a regular basis.
o Compile, manage and report on weekly project metricso Lead meetings with senior leadership to align on project requirements.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
