DSPs have built their own businesses with Amazon, creating 275,000
jobs and delivering over a billion packages to customers around the world.
The DSP Value Added Services (VAS) team is part of our last mile organization responsible for identifying and partnering with vendors as they design and launch services that enable DSPs to deliver for our customers and managing those vendors along the way.
We are seeking a Sr.
Program Manager who will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of third-party payroll programs available to DSPs owning the definition and execution of a roadmap that improves the DSP experience and will continuously evaluate program health to ensure the products and services offered are fit for purpose.
This person will be comfortable in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced and ever-changing environment and will be willing to roll-up their sleeves as needed.
He or she will proactively deliver business and senior leader reviews, aligning teams toward coherent strategies that move the needle on quality, cost and choice.
This will be a highly visible role, meaning that the optimal candidate will be adept at building consensus and able to represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to senior leadership.
A strong candidate will be able to dive deep, identify root causes, and move between strategy and execution on a daily basis.
He or she will have a proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced business environment.
Required travel:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
