Product Manager

This role will be a part of PXT technology team focused on finding and delivering product-field solutions in support of all PXT Operations and associates.
The Product-Field Manager will regularly interface with other Product Managers and business teams to provide data-driven recommendations that accelerate product & feature adoption, solving complex business problems.

Key job responsibilities- Develop and implement product strategy, metrics, and roadmap- Own the process, tools, and mechanisms for change requests to be raised, evaluated, and concluded within SLAs- Identify and address customer and business pain points and process optimization opportunities by actively deep diving data and operational processes and working with cross functional teams- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate change management solutions, manage timelines and adapt plans based on business needs- Build cross functional partnerships with leaders to collaborate and engage stakeholders- Build internal change management capability across all leadership levels- Partner with other product managers to set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery- Work with managers and business leaders to support critical communication efforts and impact business initiatives- Support key strategic documents such as OP1 and business reviews with all appropriate stakeholders- Work with Central Science teams to determine impact on retention to EmployeesWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Nashville, TN, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
