Senior Program Manager, In-Life Services
Amazon Logistics' mission is to provide the best last mile customer experience delivering each package to the customer's doorstep through a choice of innovative delivery options, including locker, in-car, and in-home delivery, and speed.
To provide this customer experience, Amazon Logistics works closely with Last Mile Delivery Service Partners who operate and manage a fleet of vehicles and drivers.
Fleet management is a significant area of opportunity, as current options are often inefficient, ineffective, and more expensive than they should be.
To mitigate these challenges, we have launched a number of low-cost, high-convenience, on-location service/repair formats, including Fleet Service Centers (FSCs), FSC Lites (FSCL), and Mobile Maintenance (MM).
Amazon is looking for a Sr Program Manager to improve visibility to and understanding of various format (and associated vendor) performance and potential through data analysis, to include sourcing data, defining key metrics, converting data into easily-digestible metrics reports, and publication of key opportunities for improvement, along with suggested actions to improve.
The Sr Program Manager will develop, build, and maintain the program metrics framework, to include such metrics as vehicle out-of-service time, service cost, and turnaround-time, customer satisfaction, rework, etc.
, to measure and improve the effectiveness of the program.
The SR PM will ensure that data/metrics and the manner in which they are presented tells the correct stories and will help turn those stories into improvements to the products.
The Sr Program Manager will lead tech integration to simplify the portals and tools used by our Delivery Service Partners to service their fleet.
Through their efforts in the above-noted responsibilities, this person will enable Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to focus on what they do best - delivering to our customers.
Applying learnings generated by the above, the Sr Program Manager will support development and maintenance of a multi-year network design strategy for FSC, FSCL, and MM, to maximize potential delivery station and vehicle fleet coverage (including a mix of internal combustion engines and electric vehicles).
The Sr PM will also support development of multi-year detailed topology launch plans to scale the program across the network in through 2026.

This role requires a mix of strategic and tactical skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity, set a strategic vision grounded in soild data analysis, and lead partner teams in the development of improved tools and processes.
